Mango Salsa Tart

Holiday Recipes. This provides an alternative salsa taste different than usual with a blend of crispy chips. Or to accompany the time to enjoy the roast.
Materials required:
  • 6 tomatillos, rice
  •  1 / 2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 / 4 cup vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded 
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 ripe mangoes, peeled, and diced
  • 1 / 2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, diced1 red bell pepper, diced
  •  Chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Method:
  1. Mix all ingredients except the diced mango, onion, garlic and peppers into a food processor or blender and puree until it becomes mush.
  2. Arrange diced mango, onion, garlic and bell pepper cut into serving bowls and pour the mixture over the ingredients. 
  3. Stir well, and holiday recipes ready to serve.
