Blue Cheese & Walnut Tart

    * 1 / 4 cup heavy cream
    * 1 egg, lightly beaten
    * 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
    * 1 / 4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
    * 1 / 3 cup chopped red bell pepper
    * 1 / 4 cup chopped walnuts
    * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Method:

   1. The first step, preheat the oven to reach 375 ° F (190 ° C).
   2. Pastry: Provide a large bowl, then mix the butter that has been cut and all-purpose flour, stirring until the grains become coarse.
   3. Add water little by little while stirring dough with a fork until well blended and texture is a bit wet. Get hold of the dough into small spheres, and then milled with a thickness of 12 inches.
